Uranium Resources (URRE) inks $30M stock sale deal with Cantor Fitzgerald


Uranium Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq:URRE) disclosed Monday in a regulatory filing ( FORM 8-K ) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that it has entered into a Controlled Equity Offering(SM) Sales Agreement with Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. for the “at the market” sale of up to $30M of common stock.

The deal calls, among other things, for Uranium Resources to pay Cantor Fitzgerald a commission rate of up to 3.0% of the gross sales price per share sold.

URRE stock finished Thursday’s trading session in positive territory by 4.81% (or +$0.09) at $1.96

Uranium Resources, which is engaged in developing energy-related metals, has 24.49M shares outstanding, market capitalization (intraday) of $47.16M and URRE stock 52-week range is between $0.97 and $4.00 per share.
