Takeover Rumors Around Raptor Pharmaceutical (RPTP); Bullish View On Digital Ally (DGLY)

(Nasdaq:RTRX) is considering the acquisition of Raptor Pharma.

Digital Ally, Inc. (Nasdaq:DGLY) shares soared more than 25% to reach the $6.99 mark during intraday trading Thursday after investment analysts at Maxim Group initiated coverage on the company’s stock with a Buy rating and a price target of $15.00, representing upside potential of more than 100% from its current price.

DGLY stock is trading at $6.08, up $0.52 (or +9.35%) and 1.84M of its shares changed hands so far

Digital Ally, which produces digital video imaging and storage products for use in law enforcement, security, and commercial applications, has 5.38M Shares Outstanding and DGLY stock one-year range is between $3.51 and $9.00 per share
